About Offices at Pasco: 1st floor access to offices, common area with conference table, shared unisex full-bathroom, secured coded entry, shared printer/fax/scanner, WiFi, phone/voicemail/conference-call service, private inbound fax service, secure mailboxes, and (coming soon) shredding services.

Our offices and common area are located in a total space of 960 sq. ft.
We are located in the quiet section at the Village at Pasco’s Common, up the hill and toward the back of the village.
Each spacious office has a window and the common area lets in plenty of natural light for a great ambiance and work environment.
Entrance to the building is with a key-code, unique to each business.
In and adjacent to the village are a couple great places to eat: Roberto’s Real American Tavern and Pickle Jar Deli.
There are other shops and businesses located in this unique commercial and residential village.

Private Office
* Price per month reflects a 12-month lease commitment.
6-month lease is $575/mo. Month-to-month rentals are $625/mo.
Mailbox Rental
2-year: $960 USD*
3-year: $1260 USD
6-month: $270 USD
There is no month-to-month option.
Shared Private Office
Suite 300. Available Monday through Friday, from either 6AM to 12PM, 1PM to 7PM, or 8PM to 5AM.

6-month lease is $275/mo. Month-to-month is $300/mo.
Virtual Business Address
* For 1-year use of our business address. We will assign you a suite number upon payment.
This does not include receiving any mail addressed to you or your business at our offices. Use our Mailbox Rental service for mail receiving service.
Private Office
Each office is approximately 132 sq. ft. and comes furnished with a desk, office chair, 2 guest chairs, file cabinet, and private phone with voicemail, inbound fax and conference calling. A secure mailbox is located in the common area.
Full Bathroom
Besides a toilet and sink, our bathroom also has a full shower for when you put in those crazy hours and need to freshen-up for a big client meeting. (BYOT – Bring Your Own Towel.)
Conference Area
Located in our common area, which is approximately 485 sq.ft. and is available for any office renter The conference table can seat 4-5 people comfortably. The area can accommodate 10-15 people.

High-speed Internet/WiFi
Each office has access to our secure WiFi network that runs off our high-speed business internet service. Guests have access to a separate WiFi network.
Mailboxes
A secure mailbox is part of every office rental/lease. If you need only a place for business mail to be delivered, and want a real address for your startup, we also provide mailbox rentals.
Shredding

Secure document shredding and secure computer/hard-drive disposal service is available.

Need just an hour or two to meet with clients on occasion? We can do that, too.

Do I need to setup phone service?
No. We provide a phone with your own private line and voicemail service.
Do I need to setup internet service?
We have you covered! You will use our secure, high-speed WiFi.
What if my business needs to receive private faxes?
Each office has it’s own dedicated inbound fax service that only you access.
What if I work from home and only need a business street address?
Problem solved! With our mailbox rental service, get your mail securely delivered and use a real address for your business.
Do I need to buy a printer/scanner?
You do not need to purchase your own printer/scanner. We supply a printer/scanner and fax machine for all to use. However you are free to bring your own printer/scanner for your office.
With a mailbox rental, what would my address be?
Your address would be, Your Business Name, 27A Pasco Dr, Suite ###, East Windsor, CT 06088 – we would provide you with your “Suite” number, which would be your mailbox number.
Should I bring a surge suppressor?
If you are plugging in a computer or other electronic device(s), we recommend you use a good surge suppressor, which we do not supply.
Do I have use of the printer, scanner and fax machine if I do an hourly office rental?
Yes! All lease and rental customers, from mailbox to private office, can use the shared printer, scanner and fax machine.
